Visualization Group

As my contribution to the class project, I will focus on the following:

1. A clickable map: I will complete one of these, most likely of a fracture surface of a rotating steel shaft that experienced fatigue failure. The mapping will show beachmarks and striations. In addition to this, I will be open to ideas of other students in the class.
2. Analytical Methods: This will be my home group in which I will make myself knowledgeable.
3. Reference: I will be talking with all of the groups in order to find out exactly what is needed from the visualization group and relaying this to the visualization members.
4. Scanning: I will work with the individuals who are scanning to develop the pictures for the clickable map.
5. Miscellaneous: I will be willing to change my ideas to suit the needs of the class as a whole. Someone's idea for a clickable map my prove to be a better project than my proposed idea.
