Contract for MSE 2094 Class Project

The evaluation group has been set up to provide an evaluation service to this
project. I will take the following steps to ensure a proper evaluation of this project:

• Correspondence with other MSE departments.
  • We will send Emails to other Mse departments around the country notifying
    them of the resource this project will make available.
  • The evaluation team will try to make sure this project is advertised at VA Tech
    and around the country.
• Develop a Web page for evaluation.
  • We will strive to develop a web page that explains the evaluation process for
    this project by contacting sources in Educational Technologies.
  • We will cover TQM in the web page to ensure success of future projects.
  • We will handle our own visualization seeing it will be limited.
• Evaluation of Project.
  • We will get imput from professors who have taught MSE 2034/44. Hopefully
    these professors can provide input to our project.
  • We will be responsible for evaluating the project web pages.
  • We will act as a go between the different groups and the HTML group to eliminate
    them having to proofread the materials submitted to be coded.
• Project Newsgroup
  • We will administer a class newsgroup for input on projects and Inter-project communication.
  • The Newsgroup is being set up ASAP.

The preceding contract covers my contributions to the Fracture class project. We reserve
the right to amend this contract as seen fit by the group.
