Contract for Evaluation group: Chris Bouthiette

 I will work with the evaluation group to do the following tasks.

We will send Emails to other Mse departments around the country notifying 
them of the resource this project will make available.

We will strive to develop a web page that explains the evaluation process for 
this project by contacting sources in Educational Technologies.

 We will get imput from professors who have taught MSE 2034/44.  Hopefully 
these professors can provide input to our project.

We will be responsible for evaluating the project web pages.

We will administer a class newsgroup for input on projects and Inter-project communication.
