This example illustrates the use of the routines SDgetdimid/sfdimid,
SDsetdimname/sfsdmname, SDsetdimscale/sfsdscale, SDdiminfo/sfgdinfo,
and SDgetdimscale/sfgdscale to set and retrieve the dimension names and 
dimension scales of the SDS created in Example 2 and modified in 
Examples 4 and 7.
