Enables low-level caching for the specified file. |

Returns SUCCEED (or 0) if successful and FAIL (or -1) otherwise. |

Description

If file_id is set to CACHE_ALL_FILES, then the value of cache_switch is used to modify the default file cache setting. |

Valid values for cache_switch are: TRUE (or 1) to enable caching and FALSE (or 0) to disable caching. |
